G’day folks! Thanks for checking out How Ya Goin’ With Jason Owen – an online chat show I created during the 2020 COVID-19 lockdown. My aim was simple, to tune in and check up on some friends.
Season 1: Celebs in Lockdown all started with a few yarns with some of Australia’s finest entertainers and close mates. The show created a safe space for me to check in on my friends and raise awareness for mental health. After suffering from mental health challenges myself, I wanted to reach out and see how everyone was doing. The resulting chats are heartfelt, entertaining, funny and uplifting – catch up on them here.
